IDEMITSU Honda LCR rider Somkiat Chantra crossed the line in 13th place in Sunday\u2019s race at Mandalika.Under extremely hot conditions and facing the challenge of a comeback race, the Thai rider made a strong start and pushed to stay with the main group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lack of feeling on the bike, however, limited his ability to maintain a stronger pace throughout the race. Chantra stayed focused, avoided mistakes, and finished in 13th place,\u00a0scoring points once again.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m happy because we secured points, and that\u2019s always good. The race was hard for me because I didn\u2019t have a good feeling on the bike. I wanted to stay with the group, but it was very difficult, so I focused on avoiding mistakes, scoring points, and finishing the race to gather important data ahead of Australia”.<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
