While he feels there is still plenty of progress to be made on the set-up of his bike, the 33-year-old was satisfied to claim a place in the top 10 after a session that saw numerous late changes to the order.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cal Crutchlow \u2013 8th<br \/>\n(1\u201947.170\u00a0\u2013 lap 15\u00a0of 17)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201c<em>It wasn\u2019t a bad day to be honest. I feel not too bad with the bike, but I don\u2019t feel fantastic and there are still a lot of areas to improve on. That\u2019s the main thing for tomorrow, we need to improve the feeling of the front of the bike and also we need to look for a bit more speed. Yes, in the straight, but also around the lap \u2013 we need two or three tenths a lap, the same as what I needed in Le Mans. Overall, although we\u2019re disappointed in one way to be in eighth, we have to be pleased to be in the top 10 because that\u2019s where we need to be, especially as there were a few surprises in the
